Our project inquiry form may collect your name, work email, company, website, country, service interest, project description, timeline, investment range, current and target markets or channels, referral source and consent record.

Technical and attribution information

We may collect the first and current landing page, referring page, campaign parameters (including UTM values and gclid), page language, device category and related timestamps. Our infrastructure may also process IP address, browser data and security signals needed to deliver the site, prevent abuse and protect the form.

3. How we use information

Inquiry information is sent through a first-party Cloudflare function to TH3RD COMPASS, our internal CRM and operating system. COMPASS stores the submission, service classification, source attribution and consent record so authorized team members can review and manage the conversation.

We use service providers such as Cloudflare for hosting, security and delivery. If optional analytics is configured and you allow it, Google Analytics 4 or Google Tag Manager may process event and campaign data under their own terms.

5. Analytics, advertising and storage

Necessary session storage may remember the first landing page and campaign context so the same attribution can accompany an inquiry. This works without sending those details to an external analytics provider.

Optional analytics loads only after you choose “Allow analytics.” We use events such as introductory-call clicks and successful inquiry submissions to understand the path to a business conversation. We do not send form fields, names, email addresses, project descriptions or other direct personal details to analytics. Campaign parameters may reflect advertising activity; we do not claim that every advertising platform or feature is enabled.

6. Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the inquiry, business records, security and legal obligations. We use access controls, signed system-to-system requests, encrypted transport, abuse protections and operational safeguards. No method of storage or transmission is completely risk-free.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or information about our handling of your personal information. We may need to verify your identity and retain limited records where required.

8. International processing and children
